Delivery Schedule

At D&C SHOPPING, we are pleased to provide a shipping service that is quick, effective, and hassle-free. Our team will handle everything, from ensuring your purchases are handled with care and getting them to you as soon as possible so that you can focus on other things.

You can save more than one address on the “My Account” page, so your package can be sent wherever it is most suitable for you. Don’t forget to choose whether you want your items shipped to your work or home address. However, we cannot be liable if the package is lost after delivery to your workplace or home. If you want your order to be provided by the next day, you must place it before noon. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day. However, We cannot assure orders made on Friday for next-day delivery for shipment over the weekend or if the next day is a bank holiday.

Customs fees and import taxes are paid when the package gets to its final destination. Customs clearance costs must be paid for by the person getting the box. We have no power over these charges, and we cannot make any predictions regarding what they might be.

Don’t Have Your Order Number?

If you haven’t received the order details after placing an online order, contact [email protected]. This could be due to your payment method.

Partial orders

If one or more of the goods are currently out of stock, we will be unable to ship your order. Your order will be made available for pick up when all items have just been logged into the store at our facilities. You should make two separate orders if you need one item before another is in stock. This won’t slow down the processing of your order.

Product Customization

Customized printed product cannot be exchanged or refunded, and we cannot be held liable if a player leaves the team or modifies his jersey number. You may return only faulty or incorrect sizes on personalized product.

Shipment of orders

Although we strive to ship orders on the same day they are placed, this is not always possible for the following reasons:

Pre-Orders : Products that are on per-order or that aren’t in stock when the order is placed will be sent out in the time frame shown on the website.

Payment Card Checks: Occasionally, we may need to do basic checks on your payment, which could cause a delay in processing your order. This is to decrease the possibility of fraud.

Personalized Items: Products requiring customization, such as additional names, numbering, and badges, may require a further 21 days until they are ready to ship. This is especially important during busy peak seasons, including kit launch, Black Friday, and Christmas.

Incorrect Address: Unfortunately, after your item has been shipped, we cannot modify the address to which your package will be delivered. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is always correct and spelled correctly, including the house number and postal code.

During high periods, including kit launch, Black Friday, and Christmas, there may be delays in the shipment of orders. This is due to the large number of orders placed during these times.

Once your item has been shipped, D&C SHOPPING will send you an email with all your tracking details and a link to Delivery Partner, in which you may view any photos captured by your delivery person once your product has been delivered.

What If My Package Is Not Delivered?

We strive to fulfill all orders and minimize delivery failures. If we fail to make a purchase, please inform us that it does not last ten days after the order was shipped. We will not be liable for any undeliverables orders reported more than ten days from when you initially placed the order. If you have not delivered your order, please email [email protected]. We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Weekends and holidays are off-limits for this email address.
